These Rear Block Kits include two (2) 5" Tall Rear Blocks, four (4) E-Coated U-Bolts, eight (8) Nuts and Washers and will safely lift the rear of your 2004-2020 Ford F150 Truck. Will also fit new 2017-2020 Ford Raptor.
